Durant and Doncic named NBA Players of the Week

Monday afternoon the NBA announced its week 21 Players of the Week based on games played March 7-13. Kevin Durant was named Eastern Conference POTW,with Luka Doncic taking honors for the Western Conference.

It is no coincidence that Kevin Durant’s return jibed with the Nets pulling them selves out their recent tailspin.Durant lead the Nets to a 3-0 week, including a 129-100 shellacking of recently traded forner teammate James Harden’s new the Philadelphia 76ers and a 53-point outburst against the Knicks. Don the week KD averaged 30,7 points, 7.7 rebounds and 7.7 assists on 53% from the floor.

Western Conference- Luka Doncic

It was another strong week for Luka Doncic, as he averaged 30.5 points, 11.0 rebinds and 6.3 assists in leading the Mavericks to a 3-1 week. Doncic continues to rack up the conference honors, he was named February Western Conference Player of the Month.
